1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Save Your Margin's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Save Your Margin provides stablecoin-based payment processing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Our services enable merchants to accept payments with significantly lower processing fees compared to traditional credit card processors. Service availability and features may vary and are subject to change.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business to use our services. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Payments & Fees
Our fee structure is transparently communicated during onboarding. Processing fees are typically 0-1% per transaction, compared to the 2.5-3.5% charged by traditional processors. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' advance notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business and payment processing, and ensuring that your use of our services does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Your Margin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be processed and settled according to standard procedures.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
